Peter Smith

Peter Smith is an experienced facilitator, coach, and mentor with a diverse background in training and consulting since 2006. Currently, Peter serves as a consultant for Conversant, Hemsley Fraser, and Langley Group, focusing on leadership development, change management, and emotional intelligence training in the Asia Pacific region. Peter has also contributed as a contract trainer for EnCompass LLC, delivering management development programs for the United Nations Secretariat. Previous experience includes a role as Business Improvement Manager at Manpower, where responsibilities included improving business processes and developing senior leadership training. Peter's educational background includes degrees from the University of Melbourne and RMIT University.
