Roger Henderson is a dedicated executive coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as a Global Partner at Conversant and an Executive Coach at Henderson Personal Coaching. With a background in organization and talent development, as well as engineering management, Roger combines rigorous analytical skills with a compassionate coaching approach. Roger graduated with a BSEET from the University of Southern Colorado in 1986 and completed the CoachU Coach Training Program in 2006. In addition to coaching, Roger is a level 3 ski instructor with Vail Resorts, where they specialize in peak performance training. Outside of work, they enjoy outdoor athletics and are an active husband and parent to two boys.
