Jon Dorch

Jon Dorch is the current Vice President and Head of Product at ConverseNow. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Digital for Sonic Drive-In from August 2015 to April 2020. During their time at Sonic, Jon was responsible for leading the digital transformation process and introducing Agile methodology, product management, and customer-led design. Under their direction, the company saw a significant increase in sales and engagement through personalized customer experiences.

Since joining ConverseNow, Jon has continued to focus on creating innovative customer experiences. Jon has been instrumental in developing the company's digital to physical ecosystem, which has resulted in increased sales and engagement. Jon's experience and expertise in customer experience, technology, and data have helped ConverseNow become a leader in the footwear industry.

Jon Dorch received their BS in General Studies in Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics from the University of North Texas.
