Director of Software Development at Conversica

Will Beeler has a diverse work experience in software development. Will started their career as a Software Development Intern at Logos Bible Software in June 2012, where they worked on C# and Objective-C programming for cross-platform application development. During their internship, they successfully created a bibliography feature for a new version of the flagship desktop application.

In July 2013, Will joined Conversica as a Software Development Engineer I/II. Will primarily focused on PHP, Javascript, MySQL, Git, AWS, External Integrations, System Design, Software Security, and API Development. Will played a vital role in developing and maintaining integrations with more than 30 Marketing Automation and Customer Management Systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, and Eloqua. Will held this position until February 2016.

As Will's skills and expertise grew, they were promoted to the role of Software Engineering Manager at Conversica in February 2016. Will excelled in this position for three and a half years, until October 2019, leading and managing a team of software developers. Will's exceptional management skills and technical knowledge were instrumental in driving the success of the software development projects.

Eventually, in October 2019, Will reached another milestone in their career at Conversica by becoming the Director of Software Development. In this role, they oversee the entire software development process and leads a team of developers. Will continues to contribute their expertise to the company.

Will Beeler attended Western Washington University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Will has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Delivering Employee Feedback," "Jodi Glickman on Make 'Em Love You at Work," "Communicating Across Cultures," "Developing Cross-Cultural Intelligence," and "Unconscious Bias." These certifications were obtained in various months of 2021.
