Kate Liburdi

Kate Liburdi is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in innovation and business transformation. As Co-Founder and COO of Conversifi since October 2018, Kate has played a pivotal role in connecting language learners with native speakers for immersive practice. As CEO and Principal at Luminous Consulting, LLC since March 2014, Kate focuses on helping clients optimize their business processes and innovate solutions. Previously, Kate founded The Temptery, driving its growth from an e-commerce platform to a local retail presence. Kate's early career included significant roles at Pratt & Whitney, where leadership in EcoFlight Solutions and Digital Services contributed to advancements in fuel conservation and service innovation. Kate holds an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a Master of Engineering in Computer and Systems Engineering and a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
