Jaleesa Chagan

Jaleesa Chagan is an accomplished User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at Conversion since April 2021, Jaleesa has held roles including User Experience Researcher, Junior User Experience Researcher, and User Experience Research Consultant. Prior to this, Jaleesa worked at Vancity as a Financial Services Representative from June 2015 to December 2020. Additional experience includes a position as a User Experience Researcher with Aga Khan Development Network in June 2019 and at the UBC User Experience Lab in April 2018. Jaleesa Chagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Systems from The University of British Columbia and an education from Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
