Samantha Ratty has extensive experience in human resources and operational management, currently serving as HR Director and previously holding various leadership roles such as People, Talent and Culture Manager and Head of People, Culture & Talent at Conversion.com since April 2015. Prior to this, Samantha worked as Senior Manager of Operations at GO Group Digital, a leading business experimentation consultancy, from February 2019 to August 2020, where expertise in applied behavioral science and data analytics was leveraged to drive business growth and digital transformation for international clients.
