Jean Eckhoff

Jean Eckhoff, MBA, brings extensive experience in training and organizational development, with a strong background in sales enablement and curriculum design. At SmartRent, Jean developed scalable training frameworks and utilized data analytics to enhance training effectiveness. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at the University of Colorado Foundation, where communication and event coordination were key responsibilities, and Training Specialist at DISH Network, focused on creating engaging training programs. As the founder of Palm Beach Elite Language Center, Jean designed curriculum for diverse learners, and in various ESL instructor roles, emphasized innovative teaching strategies. Jean holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lynn University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
