Kathryn C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, operations, and business strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Conversion Logix since April 2022, Kathryn also contributes as a Council Member for Forbes Chicago Business Council since March 2019. Previously, Kathryn was the President of Customize Your Career LLC, where responsibilities included managing resources, directing fiscal functions, and implementing process improvement initiatives from September 2017 to June 2022. As the Midwest Operations Manager and Head of U.S. Marketing at Mandarin Consulting from April 2016 to September 2017, brand awareness and sales were significantly increased through strong relationship-building. Earlier experience at Starbucks spanned from April 2007 to July 2016 in various roles, culminating in a focus on operational management across ten stores. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Marketing (Public Relations) and Journalism from Columbia College Chicago, completed in 2008.
