Walt Phelps

Walt Phelps is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at Conversion Logix since October 2023, Walt held the position of National Business Development Director at SmartRent from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Walt was Regional Vice President at Zumper, a leading rental marketplace, from August 2019 to August 2021, and National Accounts Director at Mobile Doorman from July 2017 to August 2019. Walt also served as President at Koncept Design Studio, enhancing branding and marketing strategies from February 2011 to June 2017. Additional roles include Publisher at Modern Luxury Media and Sales Manager at For Rent Media Solutions. Walt holds a B.A. in International Studies and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
