Jeff Benzenberg

Jeff Benzenberg has worked in the ecommerce industry since 2005. Jeff began their career as a Catalog Specialist at Buckeye Corner-Home Office-Headquarters, where they handled customer service and fulfilled orders for their online store. In 2005, they co-founded Follow Function, an ecommerce site for modern home goods, where they designed the website, interviewed product designers, and handled all of the marketing. Jeff taught himself SEM, SEO, and many other aspects of running a business. In 2007, they became the Director of Marketing for Ecommerce at eRetailing Associates LLC. Most recently, they have been the Director of Performance at Conversion Path since 2020.

Jeff Benzenberg obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from The Ohio State University between 2000 and 2004. In 2003, they also attended Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd. In addition, they hold two certifications from Google, a Google Ads Search Certification and a Google Shopping Ads Search Certification.
