Michael Delpierre has worked in a variety of roles in the tech and marketing industries since 1991. Michael began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant. In 1997, they moved into the tech industry as a Technical Recruiter and Account Executive for ATR. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Web Hosting Salesperson for UUNET Technologies, where they were awarded the President's Club Winner in 2001. Michael then moved to Cable and Wireless in 2002, where they were awarded the President's Club Winner and ranked in the top 5% of Global Hosting sales in 2003. In 2004, they became the Product Manager for Sato Travel at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where they developed the product business strategy and drove and communicated the product roadmap strategy. In 2006, they became the Vice President and Managing Partner of Imageworks Studio, where they managed and lead marketing, sales, and branding strategies. In 2008, they became the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing at Henninger Media Services. Finally, in 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Conversion Pipeline and a Search Engine Marketing Advisor/Consultant for Red Thinking.

Michael Delpierre obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University between 1992 and 1996. In 2001 and 2003, they earned an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. In 1992, they attended the U.S. Marine Corps Engineer School for Engineering. Michael also holds a certification from Google as a Google AdWords Premier Partner.
