Mustafa Raslan

Mustafa Raslan's work experience includes various roles in product management and leadership positions. In 2014, they co-founded Openness Egypt and worked as a Technology Evangelist until 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Project Manager for EgyptLaptop. In 2016, Mustafa served as a Product Manager for kaizen printing and later as a Wordpress Developer for witgoedserviceteam projectized organization. In 2016, they joined Speakol as a Publisher Acquisition Manager, where they played a key role in expanding the ads network across the MENA region. In 2017, Mustafa worked as an Assistant Brand Manager at Ibtikar Technologies and briefly as a Product Manager at Play.ht. Mustafa then joined almatar as a Product Lead and later Sr. Product Owner, where they managed cross-functional product development teams and translated vision and roadmap into actionable stories. In 2018, Mustafa co-founded Converted.in and currently serves as the Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer, overseeing product development, leading cross-functional teams, and driving new product initiatives.

Mustafa Raslan's education history includes the following:

- From 2017 to 2018, Mustafa completed a Pre-Master of Information Security (MIS) degree at Mansoura University, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences.

- In 2015 to 2016, Mustafa obtained an Information Security Diploma from Mansoura University, focusing on Computer and Information Sciences.

- In the period of 2007 to 2011, Mustafa attended Advanced Academy, where they achieved a V.good (degree) in the field of MIS.

In addition to their formal education, Mustafa has also obtained various certifications:

- Mustafa earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2019.

- In October 2016, Mustafa obtained the Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.

- Mustafa received recognition for achieving 2nd place over Egyptian Universities in programming using .NET Tech. The institution awarding this recognition is the Ministry of Education and Higher Education-Egypt.

- Mustafa also holds certifications in customer relationship management from HP, database fundamentals from Microsoft, PMP (Project Management Professional) from AUC Engineering and Science Services, software development cycle from Microsoft, and web development fundamentals from Microsoft.
