Anna Kramarczyk

Anna Kramarczyk (Walczak) is the Head of Procurement at ConverterTec Poland, where they manage a team focused on end-to-end purchasing processes and vendor management strategies. They have previously held roles at Aptiv, overseeing category buyers and developing global sourcing strategies with a significant annual spend. With experience in commodity management at SMA Solar Technology AG, Anna has successfully led cost reduction projects and supplier relationship management across international teams. They hold a Master’s degree in Polonistyka from Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie and furthered their education in Speech Pathology at Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie.
