Michał Radecki

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across various sectors by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq and Energy Web, where efforts were made to advance self-sovereign finance and decentralized infrastructure for the energy industry. Micha's extensive experience is complemented by advisory roles in prominent organizations, such as the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, along with credentials in fintech and project management.
