Jeff Lierly

Jeff Lierly has extensive experience in the field of credibility assessment and criminal investigations. Currently serving as an EyeDetect Premier Service Partner at Converus since May 2016, Jeff provides consulting and service in credibility assessments. As a Retired Annuitant and Background Investigator with the California Department of Justice since November 2013, Jeff specializes in background investigations. In addition, Jeff is the Managing Partner at Mansfield, Lierly and Associates, focusing on polygraph and EyeDetect testing for various applications including post-conviction sex offender testing and law enforcement-related assessments. Jeff's previous roles include Special Agent and Special Agent Supervisor at the California Department of Justice, conducting a wide range of criminal investigations, and Officer/Investigator with the California Highway Patrol. Jeff's educational background includes attendance at Western Illinois University from 1981 to 1983.
