Anna Lai is a design lead currently working at Convex Insurance since 2025. Previously, Anna held the position of Head of Design at Goldman Sachs from 2022 to 2025 and served as a UI Designer and Information Architect at Catlin from 2002 to 2011. Prior to that, Anna gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young between 1998 and 2002. Anna earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems and languages from Victoria University of Wellington from 1994 to 1997.
