Nick Hodson is currently the Non Natural Catastrophe Lead at Convex Insurance, where they focus on risk optimization. Previously, they served as a Senior Non Natural Catastrophe Analyst at Hiscox, evaluating the impacts of man-made disasters on the Group’s portfolio. Nick has a strong academic foundation in Geophysics, having earned a MSci degree from Imperial College London in 2018, along with coursework in Corporate Finance and Managerial Economics from Imperial College Business School. Their experience also includes an internship at Achilles Information Ltd, where they assessed data analytics for corporate procurement risks.
