Debarghya Kar has extensive experience in the field of technical recruitment. Debarghya started their career at Trinity Global Tech Inc. in 2016 as a Resource Management Executive. After a year, they joined ProcureTechStaff Consulting Services as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined Nityo Infotech Services as a Technical Recruiter Executive and stayed with them for two years. Currently, they are working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ConvexTech Inc. Debarghya has shown a consistent commitment to talent acquisition throughout their career.

Debarghya Kar attended Midnapore Collegiate School from 2005 to 2012, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Science. Subsequently, they enrolled at Future Institute of Engineering and Management 148 and earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from 2012 to 2016.
