We are a small family owned coffee shop focused on creating an equitable profit share model with our employees while impacting our community by supporting non-violent felons as they re-enter society and programs designed to intervene with young people who are at risk to prevent them from entering the system. 
Our founder Dan spent several years in and out of incarceration between the ages of thirteen and twenty-two before his first child was born while he was in prison. Since then he has turned his life around and has over forty years experience in Hospitality leading brands like Applebee's, Logan's Roadhouse, Marie Callender's , Rock Bottom Brewery, Illegal Pete's and Cheba Hut to name a few.

In almost every company we have seen that the front line employee is under-valued while the CEO and investors clean up on the backs of their hard work. We seek to create something better, something different where everyone wins.
