Suzanne Sevenstern

Customer Support Specialist at Convious

Suzanne Sevenstern has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Suzanne began their career in 2004 as a local guide at Regal Travel Service. In 2010, they established their own company, Seven Stars Travel & Cultural Consultancy, where they served as the owner.

Suzanne later joined Majorel Netherlands in 2020, initially working as a customer service representative before transitioning to a quality coach role. Suzanne held the position of quality coach until March 2023.

Additionally, Suzanne worked as a tour director at Globus family of brands from 2012 until January 2020, showcasing their expertise in the travel and tourism sector.

Most recently, Suzanne joined Convious in March 2023 as a customer support specialist.

Suzanne Sevenstern has a diverse education history. Suzanne completed their Master of Arts degree in Kunstgeschiedenis, kunstkritiek, en kunstbehoud from the University of Amsterdam in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Alberdingk Thijm College and completed their Gymnasium education in 2001.
