Rob Valencia

Rob Valencia is a culinary executive who currently serves as the Director of US Production for Le Pain Quotidian, Little Beet, and Table at Little Beet. With extensive experience in high-volume food production, Rob has previously held roles as a pastry chef and general manager at various renowned establishments. Notably, Rob was a defining leader in Emergency Relief Services Dining for the City of New York during the Covid-19 pandemic. Prior to their current position, Rob worked in several key culinary roles, including Executive Chef and Culinary Director at Great Performances.
