Javaria J.

Javaria J. has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and lecturing. Most recently, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Convo.com starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Lecturer at the International Islamic University, Islamabad from September 2020.

Javaria also has experience as an SQA Engineer at Fusion Systems and Services Inc from January 2020 to August 2022. During this time, they worked remotely on Deloitte Global Advantage's Products, performing manual, automation, and performance testing for GES IHR and 990 Capture Applications. Javaria was responsible for tasks such as building test environment setup, creating manual and automated test cases, executing test cases, finding and tracking bugs, and providing test reports. Javaria also conducted feature testing, regression testing, and was involved in test plans and sprint activities using Azure DevOps and ITAS (Integrated Test Automation Solution).

Additionally, Javaria worked as an SQA Engineer at Planet Beyond from August 2020 to September 2020, as a Lecturer at the Centre for Emerging Sciences, Engineering and Technology (CESET) from September 2017 to September 2018, and as an intern at PTCL from June 2016 to August 2016 during their early career.

Javaria J. completed their Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the International Islamic University in Islamabad, from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Javaria also obtained various certifications. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Selenium Automated Web Testing from the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). In July 2020, they earned a certification in Selenium Automation with Java from TestAutomationU.

Furthermore, Javaria received an appreciation certificate for volunteering in a program of the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Reform in September 2016. Javaria also obtained another certification as an event organizer and photographer from the International Islamic University in Islamabad in May 2016.
