Project Management

The Project Management team at Convoso is responsible for orchestrating and overseeing various projects to ensure they meet strategic goals and client expectations. This team includes Executive Assistant Project Managers, GTM Project Managers, and Implementation Managers, all of whom work collaboratively to plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget constraints. They play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional efforts, optimizing processes, and driving the successful implementation of Convoso's innovative solutions for contact centers.
