Simona Dudášová

Simona Dudášová has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Simona worked at the European Values Center for Security Policy as an International Project Coordinator, where they coordinated international projects focused on capacity building of civil society, disinformation, fact-checking, and overall resilience to authoritarian regimes. Simona gained skills in clear communication, negotiation, and independent learning while developing knowledge of Eastern and South-Eastern European countries. Simona also worked on all phases of the project cycle, including fundraising, negotiations with donors, budgeting, project implementation, and reporting.

Simona also worked as an Insight Analyst at Convosphere, where they analyzed data and provided insights. Prior to that, they worked at ZARIF.eu (NGO) as a Project Coordinator, focusing on helping inactive women return to the labor market by turning their skills into income-generating vocations through mentoring and informal education. Simona developed e-learning manuals and worked on at-home schooling manuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Simona gained experience in political and economic affairs through internships at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic, where they worked at the Slovak Republic Embassies in Bangkok and Paris. Simona also had a voluntary involvement with European Dialogue, where they served as a Social Media Team Lead, gaining skills in project management, youth work, EU issues, Erasmus+ projects, and social media content creation. Simona represented the organization at international meetings and participated in various Erasmus+ projects.

Simona's earlier experience includes working as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Carrier HVAC, where they were responsible for financial transactions, bookkeeping, record-keeping, work with the SAP program, and financial reporting.

Simona Dudášová's education history begins with their enrollment at Sciences Po's Paris School of International Relations, where they pursued studies in an unspecified field. Simona then attended the Prague University of Economics and Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations and subsequently pursued a Master's degree in International Relations at the same institution.
