Candace Ehardt has worked in the IT and customer success fields since 2006. Candace began their career at TravelCLICK as an IT Services Specialist, where they were responsible for technical work including leading the Service Desk ticketing system, creating and imaging new laptops, desktops, and phones, and creating new hires in the active directory. In 2019, they joined DataCubes as a Customer Success Specialist, where they reviewed product output using their analytical and data entry skills, created and shared analysis with Customer Success Managers and the Product team, and maintained files, spreadsheets, and various management reports in Microsoft Excel.

Candace Ehardt attended Harper College from 1978 to 1980, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
