At CONVVY, our motto is ‘Convenient Job Search…Equal Work Opportunities’ & we are completely committed to these principles. It’s the basis of our business model, & a commitment we have made to our clientèle, employers & job seekers alike. We are a completely internet based staffing, recruitment & employment agency with a difference: much more than just a job search engine,we are real people – human resources & recruitment professionals who are in the business of putting job seekers in front of the positions they are best suited for, & connecting employers with the right candidates for their vacancies.

Our team of recruitment professionals is committed to bridging the inequality gap that exists in contemporary employment services. Our mandate is to eliminate the invisible bias that exists with regard to ageism, racial & ethnic discrimination, gender & sexual orientation. Our clients are businesses & employers who are in need of a reliable recruitment partner, & we take the time to understand their needs in order to better facilitate a successful placement & foster a lasting business partnership.

Unlike job banks and job posting sites, which are merely databases of jobs that have been posted elsewhere on the web, we are hands-on with every single one of our listings. We make an effort to connect with each client individually, taking the time to understand the needs of each position & every candidate in order to direct the right course of action. Our web-based service can be accessed anywhere, anytime, effectively removing location based obstacles that exist with a traditional brick & mortar employment agency.Using the most advanced recruiting software available, we can ensure the best possible results.

In addition to our powerful online tools, CONVVY has a team of mobile recruiters who will personally visit prospective candidates for secondary screening purposes. It’s the winning combination of technology & human connection that sets us apart from the competition.
