Crystal Kemp

Crystal Kemp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Crystal started their career as a Membership Coordinator at Forrest City Chamber of Commerce in 1991, and later became the Vice President at Conway Area Chamber of Commerce in 1993. In 2000, they joined Conway Corporation as a Marketing Coordinator, and gradually moved up to become the Marketing and Public Relations Manager in 2010. Most recently, Crystal served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Conway Corporation starting in April 2018. Crystal also has experience as a Partner at Mike Kemp Photography since 2014. Additionally, Crystal is currently a Board Member at Mid-America Cable and Telecommunications Association since 2021.

Crystal Kemp earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Arts from Lyon College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman in December 2022.
