Kyndel Smith

Kyndel Smith has extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and multimedia production. Currently serving as a Dispatch Coordinator at Conway Corporation since March 2016, Kyndel supervises the Outage Management System and coordinates service personnel during outages. Previous roles at Conway Corp include Dispatcher/System Operator and Call Center Customer Care Specialist, providing technical assistance and outage communication. Kyndel's background includes a Sales & Marketing Specialist position at Rock-Pond Solutions, a Geek Squad Agent role at Best Buy, and multimedia positions at Hewlett-Packard, where Kyndel produced training videos that significantly reduced training time and costs.
