The Human Resources team at Conxillium Group B.V. is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and facility management to support the company's mission of optimizing interactions between local governments and citizens. The team, consisting of an HR Manager, an HR and Facility Coordinator, and a Corporate Recruiter, focuses on talent acquisition, employee development, and maintaining an efficient work environment for over 200 colleagues across multiple regions. Their efforts ensure that the workforce is aligned, motivated, and equipped to develop reliable software solutions that enhance citizen satisfaction daily.
