     Team Management & Development - Assess team effectiveness and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed; Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement via team and individual meetings; Able to serve as a mentor for employees newly tasked with HR, Operations, IT, DEI, Facilities, File Management, and Administration oversight responsibilities.
