At Cook Manufacturing Group (CMG), we design, fabricate, and install advanced processing systems that power the global citrus and juice industries. From large-scale evaporators and cooling towers to peel-oil distillation units, essence recovery systems, and custom heat-exchange equipment, our solutions are built to maximize efficiency, reliability, and performance.

With full in-house capabilities—including engineering, CAD modeling, precision fabrication, automation, and field installation—we deliver turnkey projects that meet the highest industry standards. Our teams handle every stage of the process:

Engineering & Design – Custom solutions developed by our experienced mechanical and controls engineers.

Fabrication & Manufacturing – Major components built in our own shop for strict quality control.

Field Services – Professional installation, training, and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

Headquartered in Florida, CMG serves clients worldwide, including major citrus processors and food & beverage producers. Our projects range from multi-effect evaporator plants and waste-heat recovery systems to pilot plants and full plant relocations.

At Cook Manufacturing Group, our mission is simple: to combine engineering expertise with hands-on craftsmanship to deliver innovative, durable, and cost-effective solutions for the processing industry.
