Previously, Matt held the position of Director of Regulatory at Compass Minerals and served as Regulatory Affairs Manager at Monsanto Company. Matt began their career as a Federal Postdoctoral Research Biologist at the US Environmental Protection Agency and also worked as an Editor for American Journal Experts. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University and a Ph.D. from Duke University Graduate School.
