Brad Weeks

Brad Weeks is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in examining organizations, leading teams, and navigating complex economic and technological landscapes. They co-founded Ergates Capital Management, where they served as the Managing Director and Head of Investment Research from 2005 to 2009, and later founded Courage Capital Management, managing assets for institutional investors. Currently, Brad is the CEO and Principal/Co-Founder of DataYou, and serves as Director & Special Advisor at Cook Systems, Inc., where they leverage their expertise to guide organizational strategy. Their academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and they continue to study Accounting and Finance at the same university.
