Andy Stephens is an Impact Director at COOK Trading Ltd, where they focus on sustainability within the food system. With a rich background in responsible sourcing policies and smallholder value chains, Andy has provided strategic guidance and technical assistance to enhance quality management, traceability, and marketing systems. They previously held roles at Sancroft as an Analyst and Consultant, and at Twin as a Project Officer for nuts and cocoa programs in Malawi and Ghana. Andy also served as the Head of Geography at Biddenham Upper School and holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
