Sarah Canning

Sarah Canning is currently the Senior Packaging Buyer at The Bread Factory and has served as the Head of Packaging at COOK Trading Ltd since 2015. Prior to these roles, they held various positions in buying and category management, including Head of Buying at Pret A Manger and Category Manager at COOK. Their career began at The Co-operative Group as a Category Product Manager, followed by a role as Trading Manager at SPAR.
