Grace Choi

Grace Choi has a long and varied work experience. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Sous Chef and Cookbook Writer at Country House Montali. From 2009 to 2014, they were an Adjunct Instructor at New York University. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Media Personality at the Cooking Channel. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Voice Over Artist at SpokenLayer. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the CEO and Founder of Larabee. Additionally, in Spring 2016, they were an Adjunct Professor at The New School, teaching a course on Food and the Senses.

Grace Choi earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Studies from New York University in 2014. Prior to that, in 2004 they received their Grand Diplome in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the International Culinary Center (Formerly French Culinary Institute). Grace obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 2003.
