Grace Choi has a long and varied work experience. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Sous Chef and Cookbook Writer at Country House Montali. From 2009 to 2014, they were an Adjunct Instructor at New York University. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Media Personality at the Cooking Channel.
