Adam Schur is a seasoned culinary and operations professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Senior Chef Operations Manager at CookUnity since January 2024, Adam previously held various management roles at Hillstone Restaurant Group from July 2021 to January 2024. Adam's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the founding and operation of A Schur Recipe, a tailored barbecue business active from January 2016 to July 2021. Adam also has experience in property management through an internship at Schur Management Company Ltd and has held roles in culinary settings at several establishments, including Trump National Golf Club Westchester and Doral Arrowwood.
