Previously, they held significant roles at FreshRealm and Blue Apron, where they demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, food safety, and operational leadership. Their culinary career began in 2011, where they worked in various positions within the culinary industry, enhancing team management and menu design skills. Mike is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Music Industry from New York University.
