Prior experience includes roles as a consulting chef for Nestlé and MBC GROUP, and various executive chef positions overseeing pop-up restaurants such as Le Comptoir de Nicole and Emmy Squared. Chef_RAF's culinary journey also features significant positions, including Senior Chef de Partie at Hilton, Junior Sous Chef at Paul Bocuse - Le Restaurant Gastronomique, and Head Chef at Maroun Chedid SAL. Chef_RAF holds an education from Institut Paul Bocuse, completed between 2016 and 2017.
