Helen Whitehead

Helen Whitehead is a Design Leader focused on enabling impact and innovation across multiple industries. They have held a variety of roles, including Customer & Experience Design Associate Partner at IBM iX and a board member for both Cool Australia and Nowwin. With experience in performance reporting, operations support, and customer experience management, they have contributed to organizations such as HBOS and IAG. Currently, they co-found Experience on Purpose, a strategic facilitation and executive coaching company, and serve as the Head of Innovation & Business Development at McAuley.
