We have changed our legal entity on our company, but our service level and service delivery will be staying the same. Steve Kerney has been the owner of the company since 1994 and has done such an amazing job, he will continue to be the general manager and the qualifier of the business. Ramon Genemaras, is very passionate about the HVAC industry and has worked at C level for over 30 years, including his position as the COO at Johnson Controls where he led a $4.5 billion dollar division leading over 11,000 technicians in over 60 countries working in one of the most complex maintenance environments globally

What’s New at Cool Water:

- Cool Water is implementing software to digitize the technician scheduling/dispatching, as well as all other processes such as invoicing, accounts payable, equipment asset inventory, and reliability engineering processes

- Exploration of equipment management software to enable remote diagnostics and real time equipment monitoring of all specific building equipment 

- Advanced equipment and process monitoring technology allowing evaluation of energy efficiency potential projects to reduce building electricity costs
