Rita Cabrera is a seasoned professional in research and development with extensive experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at COOLA since September 2022, Rita previously held the position of Director of Research & Development at H2O+ from August 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Rita was an R&D Manager at Elevation Labs from November 2017 to August 2021 and worked as a Senior R&D Chemist at Goodier Cosmetics Inc from December 2012 to December 2017, where Rita also served as an R&D Chemist. Earlier in Rita's career, Rita held the role of R&D Chemist at Fruit of the Earth from February 2008 to December 2012. Rita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Eastern Washington University between 2000 and 2006.
