Anouk Ummels

Anouk Ummels currently serves as an HR-adviseur at Coolblue since October 2023. Prior to this role, Anouk held the position of Hoofd HR & recruitment at Van der Valk Hotel Oostzaan - Amsterdam, focusing on HR advice, managing the absence process in accordance with the Wet van Poortwachter, overseeing the recruitment process, and acting as a sparring partner for management from October 2022 to October 2023. Anouk's previous experience includes working as an Intercedent and a junior intercedent at PDZ Uitzendbureau, where research centered on the Employer Value Proposition was conducted, and as an Operationeel en tactisch medewerker HRM and HR-stagiaire at Zaans Medisch Centrum, where an analysis of the onboarding process was undertaken. Anouk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Hogeschool Inholland and has a diverse educational background in marketing and communication from Regio College Zaandam, and secondary education in Economy & Maatschappij from Blaise Pascal College.
