Iris Kant

Iris Kant has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Organization & Employee Development at Coolblue since August 2016, where previous roles included Lead Organization & Employee Development and Owner of Organization & Employee Development. Additional positions held at Coolblue involve Organization Improver, Organization Improvement Employee, (Campus) Recruiter, Doorgroeispecialist, and Recruiter Klantenservice, with an initial role as a Stagiair Recruitment. Prior to Coolblue, Iris held the position of Teamleider Verkoopafhandeling at Albert Heijn from January 2014 to February 2017. Academically, Iris Kant holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Leiden University, along with a Propedeuse in Applied Psychology from Hogeschool Leiden.
