Federico Prat

Federico Prat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and accounting. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at CoolCo since April 2023, Federico oversees a blockchain platform focused on engagement and ticketing that enhances community monetization. As a Partner at PCG Contadores Publicos since January 2014, Federico provides comprehensive tax, accounting, labor, and social security advisory services to diverse clients, particularly Argentine SMEs. Previous experience includes a Senior role at EY from September 2011 to March 2015, where Federico helped organizations tackle complex challenges across various service lines, and a role as Tax Manager at Estudio Contable RBM from January 2006 to July 2011, specializing in professional services for small and medium enterprises.
