Chris McRae

Chris McRae is a Strategic Advisor at Cooleaf. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Global Customer Success at Docebo where they were responsible for the buildout of Docebo’s Global Customer Success team, including Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services. Chris has also worked as the Director of Implementation Services for a customer success organization at FLIR - Brickstream. In this role, they managed a team of 9 direct and 30 outsourced employees to deliver people counting and queue management projects to specialty retail, big-box, and grocery customers. Chris got their start in the customer success field as a Technical Writer at HelpWrite Inc. and later an Instructional Design Assistant at Mercer University.
