Ryan Denney

Ryan Denney is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Cooler Heads. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Global Sales at Veran Medical Technologies from August 2013 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing worldwide sales for all Veran products, including electromagnetic navigation for interventional radiology, pulmonology, general surgery, and thoracic surgery. In December 2020, Veran was acquired by Olympus Corporation.

From January 2004 to August 2013, Ryan was the Vice President of Sales for Olympus Corporation of the Americas, where they managed US and Canadian sales for all Biotech products. This included developing annual sales and marketing plans, executing tactical sales strategies and field operations, training and team building, compensation planning and quota management, as well as sales reporting, forecasting, and expense budget management for sales, sales support, and customer service personnel.

Prior to Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Ryan was with Stryker from January 2004 to December 2011. During their time there, they held the title of Vice President of Sales for the Biotech Division. In 2011, Stryker was acquired by Olympus Corporation of the Americas.

Ryan Denney has a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Ryan also has a College Preparatory degree from Oak Park High School.

Ryan Denney works with Devon Perryman - Operations Manager, Julia DeVincenzo - Director of Customer Advocacy & Clinical Training, and Dan Glazerman - Head of Engineering. Ryan Denney reports to Kate Dilligan, CEO.
