Aaron Frank

Aaron Frank, AICP, is a seasoned land use planner with extensive experience in various governmental and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Land Use Planner at Cooley LLP since May 2022, Aaron previously held positions at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and the Town of Chapel Hill, NC, leading entitlement projects and managing significant planning efforts. Aaron's expertise includes navigating complex land use entitlements in North Carolina and Northern Virginia, overseeing community engagement, and liaising with planning commissions. Additional experience includes roles at the City of Peoria, Arizona, and Fairfax County Government Board of Supervisors, focusing on community engagement and strategic planning initiatives. Aaron holds a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a BA in Geography from the University of Mary Washington.
