Adam Dinow

Adam Dinow is a Corporate Partner for Emerging Companies at Cooley LLP, where they represent clients throughout their life cycle, focusing on entrepreneurs and rapidly growing enterprises. They have extensive experience in critical transactions such as seed, angel, and VC financings, IPOs, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as in corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Cooley LLP in 2017, Adam served as a Member at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati from 2001 to 2017 and was an Associate at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison from 1999 to 2001. Adam earned a JD from New York University School of Law and a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY.
